    What is Pastured Lamb?

    Grow & Behold lamb are raised on pasture and brush in the Shenandoah Valley, where they are free to roam and graze as they please. Because of their fresh and varied diet, the flavor of pastured lamb is light, sweet, fresh without being “too lamby.”. Our animals are raised in small herds and never fed any hormones, growth-enhancing antibiotics or animal by-products to bring you truly exceptional kosher lamb for any occasion.

    Do I Need to Cook Pastured Lamb any Differently

    We recommend cooking lamb to medium rare or medium. You can follow any lamb recipe without special modifications.
