Veal Cheeks


Description
Veal Cheeks are a gourmet item. This rare delicacy is even better than beef cheeks because our pasture-raised Rose Veal has such a delightful flavor and consistency. These should be braised in stock with aromatics until fork tender. Then shred and stuff in ravioli, serve over pasta or grains, or even make a terrine.
- Oven/Roast: Braise low and slow until tender. Do ahead: braised meats taste best a day or two after cooking.
