Cooking Methods
- Pan: Lay pieces in a single layer in a cold frying pan, and heat gently over low heat. When the pan starts to get hot, cover with a splatter guard. Cook until most of the fat has rendered out, turning every few minutes. When golden brown (watch that they don't burn), remove pieces to a paper-towel-lined plate and let cool. They will crisp up as they cool
