Raised in small batches by a network of dedicated Amish and Mennonite growers, our poultry are moved to fresh pasture daily where they roam and forage freely. They are fed exclusively GMO-free grain, never any hormones, antibiotics or animal by-products -- which means you will not find better tasting, healthier kosher pasture-raised chicken wings anywhere else! Grill until crispy and watch them disappear! We love them plain, slathered with barbecue sauce or marinated in soy sauce and ginger.
Naf’s Tips
If you're grilling or broiling wings, toss with sauce at the end to keep them crispy. Put pieces in a large bowl, add sauce, toss, then transfer to a serving platter, discarding any extra liquid so you don’t lose the crispy skin.
- Grill: Start the pieces over direct heat to crisp the skin. Don’t move them for at least 5-6 minutes, until the skin releases easily. Flip and cook the other side. Once seared, move the chicken to the cooler section of your grill, cover, and let them continue to cook gently for 10-15 minutes more, or until the bone moves freely from the meat when wiggled gently, or the piece is tender to the touch.
- Oven/Roast: Roast at 350F until tender. Increase heat to 450 or use your broiler to crisp skin if desired.
