Calling all dark meat lovers! These delicious, richly-flavored turkey drumsticks are ready for your smoker or grill! Raised in small batches by a network of dedicated Amish and Mennonite growers, our turkey are moved to fresh pasture daily where they roam and forage freely. They are fed exclusively GMO-free grain, never any hormones, antibiotics or animal by-products. You'll immediately notice that this dark meat has much more flavor than conventional turkey because these legs have run around the pastures of Pennsylvania.
- Grill: Sear over high heat, then transfer to indirect heat until tender.
- Oven/Roast: Roast at 325F until internal temperature reaches 155F, about 10-12 min/lb.
- Smoker: Smoke at 200-220F until tender, about 3-4 hours.
