You be the butcher! Cut your beef bacon however you like it from this naturally-cured, fully-cooked beef belly. We love to add this to a carving station along side other roasts, pastrami, etc. You can also tuck it away in your fridge and cut slices as needed -- for your breakfast, burger, salad or more. Beef Bacon is made from the plate, or belly, of our Black Angus cattle, which graze on pasture in the mid-Atlantic region of the United States, where they enjoy a carefully balanced diet of grass, forage crops and hay that never includes hormones or growth promoting antibiotics. Beef bacon is supposed to be very marbled, so don't be surprised when you see a lot of fat! It has a ton of flavor, so if you like, save it to add flavor to soups or stews, use it to fry up potatoes.

Cooking Methods
  • Pan: To cut your own strips of Beef Bacon on demand, simply slice off the desired amount and thickness, then fry in a pan until crisp.
  • Oven/Roast: For a carving station, or to serve whole: Reheat by steaming in a tightly covered in pan with a little liquid at 250F for 3-4 hours (you want it to steam, not dry out, and keep the heat low enough so it stays tender) -- or place the whole slab on top of your chulent.
