Description
A favorite of both customers and staff, our pastured lamb chops are sure to please. Since we raise our lamb on pasture and brush in the Shenandoah Valley, where they are free to roam and graze as they please, you'll notice that these lamb chops are less gamey and sweeter than conventional lamb, with a tender, juicy morsel of eye meat that you'll want to eat right off the bone. Our animals are raised in small herds and never fed any hormones, antibiotics or animal by-products to bring you truly exceptional kosher lamb for any occasion. Chops are cut to ~1" thick, and carefully trimmed to bring you a great balance of meat and fat. The bones are NOT Frenched, but are trimmed. (If you would like Frenched Lamb Chops, we recommend our Lollipop Chops). This product ships frozen and will arrive frozen or refrigerated.
