Our Farms
Grow & Behold animals are raised on pasture, which produces healthy animals, healthy farms, and delicious meat.
Our farmers raise Black Angus Beef, lamb, rose veal, and poultry for us in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia. Poultry graze on pasture all day and also eat GMO-free feed. Lamb are almost exclusively pasture-fed. Our veal and cattle enjoy a pasture-based diet, where grain is gradually introduced into their diet in the last few months. Grain comprises less than 50% of their lifetime diet.
Flock and herd sizes are small, ensuring animals are cared for with dignity. Red meat is processed in Baltimore and the Catskills. Poultry is processed in Scranton and the Hudson Valley. We are proud to work with family owned & operated facilities, where the staff are treated with respect, and the pace is slow enough to ensure animals are calm and safe.

Delivery and Transit Times
Meats are shipped with refrigerant, and will arrive frozen or refrigerated. We deliver our meats anywhere in the USA. At checkout, you’ll see automatically-calculated shipping options based on your order date and delivery address. We run our own delivery vehicles in the NY/NJ area, and ship USA-wide via UPS.

Ground shipping is available in the 1, 2, and 3-day Ground Zones.

Next Day Air shipping is available nationwide.

Our shipping deadline is 4pm ET, Monday - Thursday.
We do not ship on major US or Jewish holidays, and we do not schedule shipments to be in transit over the weekend.

NEW! Exact Pricing for Items Sold by Weight
Starting in 2023, for all items sold by weight, the Unit Price shown on our website and in your Order Confirmation is an estimate only. Once we pick your order, we'll send you a Shipping Confirmation with the exact weight and price of these items. We show an approximate weight range for each cut, and we’ll do our best to send you pieces of similar size. We will only charge for the exact weight of the meat that we send.
We are no longer charging a flat rate for items sold in a weight range. We thank you for your feedback and patience as we have improved our systems to be able to bring you this improved shopping experience!

We guarantee your order will arrive in appropriate condition, arriving either frozen or refrigerated. If you have any concerns about the condition of your order, please contact us within 36 hours of receipt.

We guarantee you’ll receive the items you ordered, and be charged for what you receive. Occasionally we may make minor substitutions if they are not materially different from your order.
