This tenderloin can be cooked on the grill, broiler, stovetop or oven. It doesn't require anything besides a bit of salt and pepper for magnificent flavor! Like all our pasture-raised beef, this tenderloin comes from our Black Angus cattle, which are specially bred for tenderness and raised in the US on pasture with no hormones or antibiotics. Cooking Methods
  • Grill: Sear over high heat on a grill, then finish using indirect heat. Tent with foil and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
  • Pan: Sear over high heat in a cast-iron or heavy-bottomed frying pan, 3-4 mintues per side, until meat releases easily. Transfer to 350F to finish cooking if needed.
