This is a coarse-ground, 75% lean blend of our choicest pastured Chuck and Brisket with just the right amount of fat added to bring you a rich and flavorful ground beef. Use it to make a burger you won't soon forget! The coarser grind on this meat allows you to create a rustic burger or kibbeh, with texture that will catch juices and develop a tasty char. Made from our Black Angus cattle, which are are bred for tenderness and raised in the US on pasture with no hormones or antibiotics. Black Angus cattle are known for their superior taste, quality, and marbling. Our farmers have bred their herds to do well on pasture and produce tender, well-marbled meat. This breeding, combined with our specialized diet and aging techniques, results in beef that is second to none, and you'll notice it from the first bite of your juicy, flavorful burger. Naf’s Tips
You don't need anything but salt and pepper. Mix the salt and pepper into the meat with your hands. Grab the amount you want for the burger and roll it into a ball in your hands and apply medium pressure to compact it a bit. The squish it between your hands to make a thick patty.
