These two-inch thick 30-day dry-aged Black Angus rib-eye steaks are selected from our finest, pasture-raised cattle, and dry-aged at least 30 days. Dry-aging concentrates and enhances the flavor as moisture evaporates from the meat (like reducing a sauce) and the finished product is a truly memorable steak with incredible flavor, and ribboned with outstanding marbling. Black Angus cattle are known for their superior taste, quality, and marbling. Our farmers have bred their herds to do well on pasture and produce tender, well-marbled meat, all raised on pasture in the US without hormones or antibiotics. Our breeding, combined with our specialized diet and aging techniques, results in beef that is second to none. Perfect with nothing but salt and pepper, though this steak can also take a flavorful dry rub. Bring your steaks to room temperature and pat dry before searing.

Cooking Methods
  • Grill: Sear over high heat on a grill, then finish using indirect heat. Tent with foil and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
  • Sousvide: Use your electric immersion circulator to cook to desired doneness. Pat dry, then sear over high heat, 1-2 min per side, to develop crust.
