This premium corned beef is made from our pasture raised Black Angus beef. It's cut from the deckel, which is a very lean roast, and cured naturally with cherry and celery. Great on a a sandwich, hot or cold. Corned beef is fully cooked and ready to eat, and is a great lean alternative to pastrami. If you like, steam it tightly covered to reheat and add moisture for a classic NY deli experience. This corned beef is so good because it's made from Black Angus cattle, which are known for their superior taste, quality, and marbling. Our farmers have bred their herds to do well on pasture and produce tender, well-marbled meat. Our breeding, combined with our specialized diet and aging techniques, results in beef that is second to none.
- Instant Pot: Cook in liquid for 75 minutes in an electric pressure cooker. If you like, glaze and then roast or broil in the oven to develop a caramelized crust.
- Oven/Roast: Cook in liquid, tightly covered, until tender, approximately 3-4 hours in the oven. If you like, glaze and then roast or broil in the oven to develop a caramelized crust.
