Description
We raise our lamb on pasture and brush in the Shenandoah Valley, where they are free to roam and graze as they please. You'll notice a rich lamby flavor that is fresh, bright and almost mysterious -- never overly muttony or too "strong". Flavors like cumin, citrus, mint and cinnamon are perfect foils for the delicate flavor of this ground lamb. Shape into kibbeh, mix with ground beef in meatloaf, or make lamb burgers with cilantro, mint and garlic. The possibilities are endless, the flavor is incredible.
