- Grill: Sear over high heat on a grill, 3-4 mintues per side, until patties release easily from the grill.
- Pan: Sear over high heat in a cast-iron or heavy-bottomed frying pan, 3-4 mintues per side, until patties release easily. Pour off extra grease in between batches.
