Description
These delicious Rose Veal stew morsels are perfect for a quick stew or soup, as they don't need hours and hours of braising to become tender. Cut from our pasture-raised Rose Veal, which are never confined and are allowed to nurse and graze freely, they are tender, flavorful and rich but lighter than beef or lamb.
