Description
Our 1" thick Rose Veal Chops are great cooked to medium-rare on the grill or seared in a pan. To fully enjoy the tender flavor and delicate texture of our pasture-raised Rose Veal, we recommend brining these chops before cooking (see Tips & Recipes for more info), and don't cook them past medium rare.
Brine for 6-8 hours before cooking to improve tenderness.
- Pan: Cook quickly over high heat to rare or medium-rare. Tent with foil and let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. Make Schnitzel: Pound to even thickness, bread and fry.
