Cooking Methods
- Grill: Raw sausages can be grilled or pan-fried until interior is firm and edges are crisp. Keep the heat low, so that your outsides don't get overly cooked or crisped before the insides are done.
- Pan: For a more tender, jucier and evenly-cooked sausage, boil for 8-10 minutes first; remove from water and pat dry. Sear 1-2 minutes in a hot pan (or on the grill) just to develop the crust. Casing is edible.
