Enjoy the rich, delicious flavor of our pastured Calf’s Liver in chopped liver, salads and more. Calf’s Liver is lighter in flavor than Beef Liver. Raw liver must be kashered by broiling. Package contains 1" slices of Rose Veal Calf's Liver.

Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. We guarantee your order will arrive in appropriate condition, arriving either frozen or refrigerated.
