we fulfill your order. Our butchers make sure to select cuts that are within 15%
of the weight estimate and only charge your credit card based on the actual weight

- Shipped Monday-Thursday to prevent a weekend layover
Description
Our most tender and elegant lamb roast will dazzle your guests when it comes to the table, and delight even more when it first hits the tongue. Made from the rib of our exquisite, pastured lamb raised in the Shenandoah Valley, this Rack of Lamb includes 8 connected chops. Allow 2 chops per person. This roast is NOT Frenched. Note: If ordering multiple racks, try to order the same size to keep portions at similar sizes (ie, the chops cut from a 2lb Rack of Lamb will be much smaller than those from a 3.5 Rack of Lamb.) This product ships frozen and will arrive frozen or refrigerated.
Rather than going by weight, plan on 1 or 2 ribs per person.
- Oven/Roast: Sear and roast. Tent with foil and let rest 10 minutes before serving.
