A tender, hand-cut medallion (about 2" in diameter) sits at the end of a perfectly-Frenched 4" bone on these miniature lollipop lamb chops, cut from our Shenandoah Valley-raised lamb. With all our lamb, you'll enjoy a rich lamby flavor that is fresh, inviting and intriguing -- never overly muttony or too "strong". Our lamb enjoy a diet which includes all the lushness of the countryside, along with a small amount of grain at finishing; they are never fed hormones, antibiotics or animal by-products. We take care every step of the way to make sure our meats are raised well, processed humanely, expertly butchered, carefully packaged, delivered seamlessly and prepared with confidence in your kitchen.
