Description
These meaty, flavorful, 5" ribs cut are from the richly-marbled Plate Ribs (the same part of the steer we use to make Korean Short Ribs and the 3-Bone Short Ribs Rack). These are ready for the barbecue! They'll also melt in your mouth when slow cooked with tomatoes and garlic or smoked for hours. Carefully cut from our Black Angus cattle, which are bred for tenderness and raised in the US on pasture with no hormones or antibiotics.
- Grill: Sear over high heat on a grill, then finish using indirect heat. Tent with foil and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
- Oven/Roast: Braise low and slow until tender. Do ahead: braised meats taste best a day or two after cooking.
- Smoker: Smoke at 220F for 2-3 hours, until meat is tender.
