This mix of beef and veal is ready to go straight into your meatballs, meatloaf, sliders, and more. This classic mix is lighter and milder than 100% beef, and it's our Grandmother's secret to tasty chopped meat. We're thrilled to save you the time and mix this specially for you, in house! Our delicious Grow & Behold Meatball Mix is a 1:1 mix of ground pasture-raised Black Angus beef and Rose Veal, with no other spices, fillers or add-ins.
Naf’s Tips
This 1:1 beef/veal blend is excellent in meatballs and meatloaf.
- Pan: Heat pan over medium-high heat. Add a small amount of oil. Stir as you cook, breaking up clumps, until meat is no longer pink.

Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. We guarantee your order will arrive in appropriate condition, arriving either frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, meats are shipped fresh due to a very quick turnaround between when they arrive at our freezing and distribution facility, and when they are delivered to you.
