Description
We're cutting our popular Korean Short Ribs from our 3-Bone Short Ribs, giving you a thin, very well-marbled steak that can be grilled quickly. You'll enjoy the same rich marbling in these thin steaks as in other cuts from the Plate ribs, such as Short Ribs and Spare Ribs, but you can cook this cut like a steak. And since fat = flavor, these rich strips are a great way to enjoy the flavor of our incredible pasture-raised Black Angus beef. Each strip is ~.5" thick, and is perfect for a quick marinade and high-heat cooking in a cast iron pan or on the grill.

Naf’s Tips
- Grill: Sear over high heat on a grill, then finish using indirect heat. Tent with foil and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
- Pan: Sear over high heat in a cast-iron or heavy-bottomed frying pan, 3-4 mintues per side, until patties release easily. Pour off extra grease in between batches.
