Description
Loved by all, beef cheeks cook slowly and seductively into silky and tender morsels. They also make fantastic chulent (stew) meat. Beef cheeks should be cooked slowly and can be shredded for tacos or fajitas.
Naf’s Tips
- Dutch Oven: Use a slow-cooker to gently braise this cut, or add to soups, stews or chulent.
- Oven/Roast: Braise low and slow. Do ahead: braised meats taste best a day or two after cooking.
