Description
These succulent beef back ribs are cut from the rib of our tender Black Angus cattle. The deliciously tender "finger meat" between the bones is similar to the meat found on rib steaks. Ribs are 7-8" long. You'll appreciate the great texture and flavor of these meaty ribs, which come from our specially-bred cattle who are raised in the US on pasture with no hormones or antibiotics.
Naf’s Tips
- Grill: Sear over high heat on a grill, then finish using indirect heat. Tent with foil and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
- Oven/Roast: Roast at 300F until meat is tender. If desired, glaze with BBQ sauce and broil to build crust.
- Smoker: Smoke at 220F for 5-6 hours, until meat is tender.
