These skinless, boneless chicken thigh filets (ie, cutlets or pargiyot) are moist, tender and flavorful, and great for stir-fry, schnitzel, Chinese or Japanese cooking, and anytime you need a quick meal! Our boneless dark meat is always moist and tender! - Instant Pot: Cook with your favorite BBQ sauce for a quick and easy pulled chicken dinner.
- Pan: Cut into 1" pieces and cook over high heat in a wide frying pan or wok.
- Oven/Roast: Season with herbs and olive oil. Roast at 350F until internal temperature reaches 160F. If desired, slice into 1/2" pieces and fry until crispy.
